Life and Death: Twilight Reimagined is a novel by Stephenie Meyer, which was released on October 6, 2015. It is a reimagining of the original Twilight novel, in which the genders of the main characters – Bella Swan and Edward Cullen – are reversed. In this version, the story is told from the perspective of Beau Swan and his relationship with vampire Edythe Cullen.
The novel is set in the same universe as Twilight, but it includes some changes to the plot and characters. For example, the character of Charlie Swan is a single father instead of a single mother, and the character of Renee Dwyer is a minor character.
Despite the changes, the novel still follows the same basic plot as Twilight. Beau moves to Forks, Washington to live with his father and meets Edythe, a beautiful and mysterious vampire who he quickly falls in love with. However, their relationship is complicated by the fact that Edythe is a vampire and Beau is a human.
Like Twilight, Life and Death: Twilight Reimagined has received mixed reviews. Some readers have praised Meyer for her creative take on the story, while others have criticized the novel for being too similar to the original.
